Really solid analysis on stablecoins as infrastructure. The cross-chain protocol section is underrated imo - stablecoin mobility across Ethereum, Solana, and Layer 2s is becoming the real competitve edge. Most teams obsess over issuance models or backing mechanisms, but if liquidity is fragmented across chains, none of that matters operationally. I've worked with cross-border payment systems that defaulted to ETH mainnet, and the bridgeing overhead was brutal enough to kill adoption. The middleware tooling thesis makes alot of sense if protocols actually standardize around interoperability, otherwise we're just building more silos.
